President’s Message

First of all, let me convey my sincere gratitude to our customers and business partners for your continuing support.

Since Nippon Information and Communication Corporation (NI+C) was established in 1985, as a network system integrator we have provided our customers with solutions that contribute to management innovation. Our network and system development technologies have formed the backbone of these endeavors.

Company-wide business innovation through digital transformation (DX), including system adaptation, is required in all industries to become more competitive and create new businesses. At the same time, legacy systems need to be upgraded and migrated to cloud environments before the 2025 “digital cliff” imposes economic losses resulting from failure to invest and innovate. Moreover, with a view to the post-pandemic “new normal,” there is a need to build alternative social systems and redesign information and communication technologies (ICT) to facilitate new work styles and lifestyles.

In response to major changes in the business environment faced by our customers, NI+C will leverage NTT’s infrastructure and customer engagement capabilities together with technical and sales support from IBM Japan to provide DX solutions that combine analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) in the data and AI fields. We will also continue to strengthen our line-up of technologies supporting DX, including cloud-native and local 5G solutions.

To fulfill our vision of “Realizing Ideas with IT,” our ICT services will help the companies we serve to enhance customer experience and support their efforts to achieve the SDGs.
